Hi there!

I'm a construction project manager based in Melbourne, with more than 15 years of experience and a strong specialty in high-end residential construction & refurbishment as well as commercial projects.

My goal is to help you manage your renovation, extension, office fitout or any other building job, giving you a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I can help you manage the whole process, from designing the concept to managing delivery of the project, finding the right contractors for the job, consulting with architects and engineers and everything in between. No job is too big or too small for me.

DA, Certification & Consultant
Development Application, certification and Occupation certificate could be time consuming and a real paper work nightmare for any home owner undertaking building work.
After defining your needs and wishes, I will engage all the necessary designers, engineers and consultants to go through the process hassle free.
Budget & Program
Having a clear understanding of the budget and a well established program is one of the key point to save time and money.
A clear program will be provided to break down every stages of the work undertaken and to give total control on the time and budget goals.
Contractor selection
My experience working in the high end residential construction allowed me to build a strong portfolio of the finest contractors you could find in Sydney. Not only good contractors provide great result, they allow us to run successful construction and renovation without friction or surprises.
Onsite management
Quality control and contractor management is a daily task that needs to be address to deliver succesful project.
My experience and technical knowledge will free you from these tasks and give a you a stress free experience.

House refurbishment
Mosman
This beautiful house with harbour view is getting a full refurbishment. From Italian porcelain Statuario slabs on the floor to Japanese aluminium cladding installed on the external walls, the $2.8M work will raise this house level to the top end of luxury residential.

Queensclif
Beautifull project. This renovation took place right on the edge of the cliff at Queenscliff. Only the front face of the building was kept, every thing else water side was demolished and rebuild including a massive 2 storey high panoramic pice of glass.

This project took 8 months to complete. We kept half of the house and extended the ground floor. We also have added one level to triple the living space and transform it into a relaxing and peaceful family nest.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia - Office stair
International Tower 3 - Barangaroo
As part of the new CBA office fit out at Barangaroo, we have designed & build the internal stair. The challenge was to create a structural stair that is supported by the balustrade hanging bars to create this ‘floating’ look.
